We had the Salk injectable vaccine. And later the Sabin oral vaccine that the whole family stood in line at the Grade School to get the oral vaccine. How do we determine safety and efficacy of 100 vaccines? It’s like the tests there are so many are they meaningful .

It's going to be worth billions of dollars for a vaccine from just one of the "100" attempts. Bill Gates knows this. Has said as much. That's why the Gates Foundation is willing to spend a billion dollars on 7 different vaccines.
