Re: Cincinnati is a Group of Five school, but it recruits like a Power Five program, especially for prospects in its own backyard. Already this cycle, Luke Fickell has landed commitments from five players from Cincinnati, several of whom know Kiner well and are undoubtedly encouraging him to stay at home. The Bearcats signed a pair of four-stars from Cincinnati in the 2020 class, so they have the chops to go toe-to-toe with top schools and pull out a win when it comes to hometown talent.

Just sayin': Cincinnati & Louisville vs LSU; does he want to stay close to home (and I'll say Louisville doesn't have a chance) or go to a Power 5 school that could win a National Championship. If he has real close ties to his family (and maybe a girl friend in Cincinnati) I could see him picking Cincinnati.

I would rather see him land at UC, but can't blame him if he picks LSU...probably a better choice in terms of getting to the NFL. But it ain't going to be ttun and for me, whatever choice he makes is bueno.
I wanted to see him play for Fickell as well, but he's too good for a G5 team(and scUM tbh), he belongs on a P5 team
