I can see whichever if I unfocus my eyes a little first... saw clockwise first.

The website where I found this said you're a logical/analytical thinker if you see it going clockwise; creative if counterclockwise. Not sure if that's true or not, but it's a pretty interesting illusion nevertheless.

Which way is she spinning, clockwise or counterclockwise?

Sorry, but I only see clockwise, I can begin to see it even close to counter

The first one is cool (the second one just makes me horny), but I disagree about there not being a green dot. You can follow it around the circle as it covers up the pink dots (without "losing" all the other pink dots)or you can stare at a single pink dot and see the green flash over it.
If that cover-up dot is not green, then what color is it and what makes us see it as green?

It's still disorienting, but the answer is clockwise. If you think it is clockwise, watch the foot on the leg the figure is standing on. It is very clearly rotating clockwise. Even if it appears the extended leg is rotating counter-clockwise, the base leg is consistent.

All these responses that are so certain are funny. She isn't really spinning, it's a 2-dimensional picture, and you can make yourself see her "spinning" either direction, because that's the point of the illusion.

Oh, sure. Next you're going to tell me she isn't naked, either. :p

Okay, I FINALLY saw the counterclockwise action. I found that I had to put my hand over everything above her waist. Maybe my "creative" half of mind was too busy imagining details of her breasts? I don't know. . .

(btw: SanAntonioBuck: were you around a lot of British English? I know some chaps that say "anticlockwise". . .)

For anyone who can't see the one of the directions, try looking at just the shadow of her foot for a bit (using kinch's method might help). It's easier to picture the shadow waving left and right without the other visual cues, which then makes her look like she's always facing front and just swinging her leg back and forth.
