Personally, my favorite part of Blazing7777's post is where he claims that World Peace is as big a problem as homelessness and disease.

Peace / Homelessness / Disease -- If you could have one, which would you choose? We'll give Blazing7777 some extra time to ponder this one.

While he's pondering, I'll add my favorite part of this whole thread...

The biggest argument that Michigan fans have is that they lost to us (close) whereas the Gators lost to Auburn.

In other words, Michigan's best argument is the greatness of Ohio State.

Anonymous said... we can go on and on about this for days...weeks even years. We need a playoff and we need it now. A Michigan win against USC in the Rose bowl gives them a co championship in my mind.

The championship game is to be the best two teams. Not the #1 team and a "weak conference champ." If that was the case, Boise State has more of an argument than the "paper gators."
Florida wasn't even a blip on the radar 2 weeks ago.
They projected USC/OSU in the championship and UM/LSU in the Rose Bowl.
Even Herbstreit said that "Michigan would destroy Florida."
Remember that tool Musburger yelling "The road to Glendale is paved with Trojans!" after they beat Notre Shame? It was all USC until they laid an egg.
Then all of a sudden voters were dropping chili in their pants trying to figure out a way to keep from having a rematch. Well they found it. They made the national championship game #1 vs. #4 or 5.
Toughest conference in college football? An Armed Forces team could have won the SEC!!
Enjoy getting blown out on national television!! They may need a bigger scoreboard down there in Glendale because OSU may drop triple digits on you.
