I am going to guess that most all of you know more about these machines then I do I am going to ask for a little bit of help.
While I am on my internet access my screen keeps flashing, every 10 seconds or so. Why is this happening and what do I need to do to stop it. I currently use aol 9.0, I think, which I know is not the best but there are reasons as to why I am using it. Please someone help me before I start having seziures.

many things could be the cause...

is it your entire screen, or just a portion?


perhaps your video card is going bonkers....maybe you need to update your video drivers....maybe even your monitor...

what do you keep running all the time on your machine?

my task bar will flash when my Norton detects a hit(not designed that way)...but it clears when I clear the log...

wish I could see it, it would be easier that way...
