On subway's official site they show Jared's diet that he used to lose the weight. It is one of the worst diets I have ever seen. He basically starved himself and ate zero protein. Just a load of coffee and a couple of vegetarian subs. He should NOT be giving any nutritional advice.

When you weigh close to 400 lbs, starving yourself is not a bad idea. Better than continuing to eat whcih is whatever everybody else does.
