Coming Soon: Head meets Pike
RRod and the Michigan program have come through all of the bull[censored] that surrounded them last season smelling like a rose. Any negative that still lingers from all of that only exists in the minds of irrational tOSU and ND fans. The general mood surrounding the program and the fans is very positive. Recruiting has not been negatively affected and the future looks bright.
The fight on the sidelines is/was a non-issue. It was an S&C assistant telling Stevie Brown to get on the field when he didn't need to. Emotions run high during that game, of course, and things got out of hand for a second. Big deal. There were exactly zero other signs of discord on the sideline during that game and this incident only lives on as an easy target for baiting/trolling. It's lame.
Mallett was not run off. He and his parents had nothing bad to say about RRod or the program when he left and they have had nothing bad to say since. They stated that they knew the offense that RRod was going to run was a bad fit for Ryan and that that was his sole reason for leaving. That's it. I challenge you to find a single quote from Mallett or anyone associated with him that says otherwise. Mallett's attitude problems were also well-documented.
There were a few quotes that came out after he left about him not liking to practice or train. When you consider how strong he is, though, and that this was all immediately after he left the way he did this was probably reactionary exaggeration or even straight BS.
This subject has been beaten to death already, but the way Boren left was completely classless, LDO. Anybody who says otherwise clearly has their homer glasses super glued to their face. There is not a single other player who has left the program on even a hint of bad terms since RRod arrived. Occam's Razor and net result imo is good riddance to Boren regardless of how talented he is.

At least Kiffin appears to be using his bad publicity to his advantage. Nothing good comes from losing to Toledo or fighting on the sidelines during the biggest game of your life.
As far as the Ryan Mallet stuff goes, I call Bull Crap. Get real. I thought you said you were taking off the homer glasses. Complete Bullcrap. I'm not even going to elaborate on that one because of how dumb that is.

EF is completely wrong irt Boren talent-wise. He will be an early round draft pick, imo. From what I understand, Boren is the strongest lineman on the Buckeye roster. I anticipate him being the best lineman as well. He was a big loss for Michigan."Because Boren was a legacy recruit whose dad played for Bo, he was given special treatment by the old Michigan staff."
Really? You know that? Thanks for letting us know but once again, I loose a lot of respect for you when you expect crap like that to actually fly in college football, even at scUM. To go on and insinuate that because of this so called "special treatment," he was given early playing time is flat out laughable. You pretty much call Boren not good when you go on to say that he only saw the field because Carr recruited so badly, but how do you explain him making all big ten teams? Weird that you would also like to point out that Boren doesn't like the weight room.
So instead of being handed a job and not having to lift a finger, one Justin Boren was asked to hit the weight room and earn his place on the offensive line. After two years of being handled with kid gloves
Once again, I'm 100% now that you're incorrect. I'll leave it at that until you're thrown to the wolves.

Troll harder, plz.Seantrel Henderson would be better of choosing a school like Minnesota than Michigan. At least Minnesota wins their easy non-conference games and appears to be heading in the right direction.
