Mason needs to punch all his defensemen square in the face. Granted, he was swimming on the frozen pond for that last one, but I haven't seen a centering pass broken up all game. Jackets need to come out for the 2nd hitting and getting in Bulin's face. Pansy hockey doesn't win in the playoffs, and the Hawks are playing playoff hockey right now. We need to get nasty with a quickness. Clear out the slot, crash the net, and worry about suspensions later. We're better short handed anyway. We need 2 goals just to have a shot at 1 point, and the way we're playing isn't going to get it done. Fuck Chicago.

Jackets need to start burying their fantastic scoring chances. Vermette somehow missed the entire net, Nash missed a penalty shot attempt, Chimera and Williams can't put the puck behind Bulin when they have him down with a lot of open net.

This is a completely different team than I saw in the 1st. Tight checking, smart passes taking advantage of CHI's aggressiveness, keeping the puck out of our defensive slot (funny how shots from the bottom of the face-off circle aren't so scary). I wouldn't mind watching this team in the playoffs. (no jinx)

EDIT: Fuck! My fault. Quick, Mike, say the game's over!
