Coaching changes: coaches hired and fired, comings and goings

Forgive my ignorance but what does a strength coach do on the field during the game?

“That guy totally bullrushed you into that sack. Tomorrow we will do some upper-pectoral work.”

I mean, i suppose there are worse options out there, but there's a reason Dorrell hasn't been a HC for 12 years.

I have a soft spot for the Buffs having lived in CO for almost seven years and going to a few games at Folsom Field, which for my money is one of the most beautiful places in the country to take in a game. But I see this as a (maybe) 3 year hire who gets fired after going 3-9, 3-9 and 2-10.

But, they were set up to fail given the atrocious timing.
Didn’t Johnny Cash play Folsom?

Due to the unusual circumstances (i.e. the pandemic; COVID-19 protocols, testing, fewer games, players unavailable to games, video/limited practices, and limited attendance at games, etc.) this season, I thought a lot of schools would give their head coach a pass on being fired. Apparently many schools aren't. You need a program to follow the firing/hiring this season:

The 2020-21 coaching carousel is rolling along despite some thinking COVID-19 may slow it down

Since the carousel is in full swing with the 2020 regular season about to come to a close, let's take a look at what we know so far. Below you will find CBS Sports' one-stop shop for all of your coaching hire needs.
