Never met the man myself but hs coaches, parents, recruits literally worship the man.
From what I've been told DMV kids/parents just feel he can relate to them in ways outside coaches can't. He's just real.
I mean think about it: He got Stefon Diggs, Dwayne Haskins etc to commit to Randy freaking Edsall.

It was announced earlier this week that Urban Meyer, coach of Ohio State, would be retiring because of health reasons. Many Buckeye fans believed that OSU should reach out to Dabo Swinney.
