Climates (split from recruiting)

I admit - I used to just like it warm, but the older I get, the more I like the seasons. I cant imagine a Cmas with palm trees. Colored foliage and college football go hand and hand to me. (Two best times of the year IMO). Ever see springtime in NYC?

You can keep 90 and humid in Miami. Give me the season.

The older I get, the more I like the heat. But I have to say, Fall is by far my favorite season. October is easily the best month of the year in Ohio, weatherwise.

I spent some time there, no doubt. But I lived in Fallbrook. So most of my time was out there (Escondido, Temecula, Fallbrook)

DelMar was funny.

I actually lived down in the "other" Del Mar (ie the real one), it was great living farther south. Didn't have any neighbors sporting their green PT gear when getting the paper in the morning...that's always a plus! :)

I live in "middle GA" currently.

Growing up, I always hated winter, but, after being in GA for about a year, I can honestly say, that I miss the seasonal changes.

"The bad times make you appreciate the good times".

I don't know who said that, but the Ohio winters really make one greatfull for summer. I have worked all across the U.S. and I can honestly say that I long for spring and fall in the great lake region.

Florida, the best climate in the country? Florida is MISERABLE. Living in that extreme humidity is the last thing I'd ever want to do. The best climate in the country is easily California. There's a reason why it's so expensive to live there.

Florida is a living hell. Nice for a one week vacation, but to live there? Oh god, I'd rather live in North Dakota.
