It sucks these guys won't be at the game, but this is Ohio State, talent replaces talent. Given 17 days or so to practice and for the coaches to give the players that will replace them 1st and 2nd team reps (as required), things will be just fine. This won't be the issue if Ohio State loses the game.

The player who Amos was chasing down on the kick-off was AJ Wallace. Wallace is a burner. I really didn't see that Amos was losing ground in the chase, Amos just couldn't catch him. No shame at all there. Amos can run.

COLUMBUS, Ohio ? Top-ranked Ohio State will be without two cornerbacks ? one a starter and the other a top reserve ? who have been suspended for the Allstate BCS Championship Game against LSU, according to media reports.

Donald Washington, a sophomore who has started every game this season for the Buckeyes (11-1), and backup Eugene Clifford were suspended for violating team rules, WCMH-TV and The Columbus Dispatch reported Wednesday.
