The thing that was most disheartening for me last year was his fielding...everyone goes through slumps hitting major league pitching, but he made so many boneheaded plays in the field that he looked hopeless. I would love for him to succeed, but he is looking more LaPorta than Kipnis right now.Is this the end of days for Lonnie Chisenhall?
Valid question especially considering the signing of George Kotarras. As the writer suggest...maybe Lonnie is just a AAAA player? I sure hope he gets it turned around this year but he's going to have to do it in limited plate appearances to start.
