Valid question especially considering the signing of George Kotarras. As the writer suggest...maybe Lonnie is just a AAAA player? I sure hope he gets it turned around this year but he's going to have to do it in limited plate appearances to start.

The thing that was most disheartening for me last year was his fielding...everyone goes through slumps hitting major league pitching, but he made so many boneheaded plays in the field that he looked hopeless. I would love for him to succeed, but he is looking more LaPorta than Kipnis right now.

Coco is killing us so far. Even his outs in the first game were line drive bullets with solid defense making up for it. He reached today on line drive to CF, stole 2nd, tagged to get to 3rd and then scored on a single. He's playing like the Michael Bourne we signed last season.

He's an AAAA player. In parts of three seasons now, he's shown no improvement really in any facet of the game. In fact, he regressed significantly last year while receiving the most playing time he's received. His plate discipline sucks. For a guy with so-so power to have accumulated 32 walks in 675 plate appearances is a gigantic red flag. 203 games in, his slashes are .244/.284/.411. He's a slightly less hyped version of Matt LaPorta.

I dunno there are some bad ones out there. Overstock.com Coliseum isn't as bad as O.Co Coliseum not sure why they rebranded it?

KFC Yum! Center (Lville Basketball) and Northeast Delta Dental Stadium (Minor League Baseball) are two of the dumber ones I have heard of lol

Cripes. I forgot about that one. That's just idiotic. If I was a wealthy Lewellville booster, I'd buy the naming rights just to spare the embarrassment.
