Not a slump. The league figured him out about midway through last season and he’s been garbage since.

At least when he bats left, Rick Manning said yesterday he thinks that Jose's back foot is too close to the plate, and he repeatedly pulls the ball foul on inside pitches. He is trying to pull everything and doesn't try at all to go the other way.
