Sorry, no food report. With 4:00 start we stuck to the beers at the ballpark and went to Winking Lizard after the game. Well, I did get an ice cream cone in the 8th inning after last call.

It is now Mid-May, 1.5 months into the season and Sports Illustrated's World Series Champions have won exactly 1 (ONE) series.

1 series win (Houston, the first series of the year)
2 Split (White Sox, Blue Jays)
7 lost (Tigers x2, Twins x2, White Sox, Royals x2) <- notice all are divisional opponents

1/3 in the series...I mean I am shocked as fuck here. Does this make them 1-11 in openers now? Can't wait for the Reds, when Billy Taveras Gary Pettis Hamilton out hits our corner outfielders.
