Cleveland Indians (2013 Season)

Jason Giambi has a WHOPPING 33 hits this year and a batting average of .180

Those 33 hits have produced 31 runs.

I'm not going to bother to do the math for the rest of MLB. BUT, I seriously doubt that any player in the league has been anywhere close to being this productive with his hits/RBI production.

Giambi was a steal for what he's meant to this team. His big hits in big-time situations are why the Tribe is riding high. I love this guy, and somehow hope that he makes it back here next year! BUT enough about that later, cuzz there's SO much more to come this year.

GO TRIBE!!!!!!!!!!!

Peace

Does this mean they officially have you sucked in now, Bucklion?
Dude, I am always sucked in. I was sucked in when they were winning 65 games a year  The one thing I will admit is that this team has more resolve than I gave them credit for...they find ways to unfuck themselves at certain times that they haven't had since I moved here, especially at home. I still think their record against the Bostons and the Detroits of the world speaks for itself...but they sure can be something to watch. As I said a few pages ago, being able to curb stomp bad teams and being in the playoff race is a great deal of progress.

Now if they just get rid of Perez and find a better closer than Joe Borowski V2.0...

My God, this is key if they want to make a legitimate run. It looked like he sunk the season in early August against Alex fuckin' Avila, and then after they clawed and fought to stay in the playoff race, it looked like he came back to finish the job last night. I have never, ever, loathed another player on my favorite team like I do that twat pony. There is nothing remotely likable about him.

The fans sure let him know about it, booing him off the field and giving Tito a standing O when he came out to hook him  I hope he heard every last person. Note to douche: If you are going to repeatedly insult the paying customers, best be able to take care of your own business first.

I mean, does anybody have any confidence in him to lock down a game in a clutch situation? He's the fucking worst.
