Or perhaps they start the season with one less guy in the pen or there’s a trade expected? But unless such a trade involves Arias or Rocchio this roster is quite curious. Splitting time at SS and not giving either of them the chance to play every day seems designed to have them both fail.Carrasco, Tyler Beede, Arias, Rocchio, Fry, and Freeman make the roster.

The pitching isn't surprising, but the infielders are. Assuming that Fry, Freeman, one of Arias/Rocchio, and Hedges make up the bench, that means one of Florial or De Los Santos are not making the roster, maybe both if Brennan makes the opening day roster as well.

Not an expert obviously but i suppose the combination of "broseph, you have to figure this out now" and some very different approach... Like he basically becomes a one pitch guy (and I think there's nothing wrong with that) where he's literally throwing, say, a cutter 80% of the time and another pitch good enough to show? (I mean those are just examples, not based on seeing the kid)

Sounds like a lot of A's fans boycotted the game yesterday by staying in the parking lot. Knocked attendance down from 27 to 13.

Clase started off as shaky as he was last year. Luckily it was Oakland and they hacked into a double play to end the game

Not a fan of Barlow as the set up guy either guy struggles big time consistently to throw strikes. Gonna be another nightmare bullpen year

A very Cleveland way to lose. Gas can Barlow loads the bases then Eli Morgan walks the winning run in on 4 pitches.

Another W spoiling the Twins season opener. Hunter Gaddis managed to escape a inherited bases loaded 1 out jam only giving up 1 run in what coulda been a disaster inning.
