I believe they came to an arbitration agreement quickly with Kwan for the year and have signed a bunch of relievers. Beyond that they haven't done much that I have noticed.

A little speculation in here whether the minority owner will become the majority owner in 2028.

I will Dolan credit that the organization has been stable and competitive during his tenure, but maybe a new owner with more experience via other professional sports teams and deeper pockets can just get them over that hill. Who knows what happens with the labor agreement though.
