Cleveland Cavs (2016 NBA Champions)

Brain dead last night vs Charlotte.. Extremely careless ball handling and passing.. Horrible shooting.. They're in a fog..
Better now than a month from now

Who'd ever thought Mitchell would miss 6 free throws in a game.. Hit 6 key ones very late but missed his last 2.. Missed all 6 of his 3's
Worst 24 point night I've ever seen

I hate when we play all the scrubs at the same time.

Missing Mitchell, Hunter and Jerome tonight so we're guaranteed to lose some explosiveness but they just look discombobulated on both ends when the 8-12 guys are all in there with no floor leader. Porter Jr has been improving tough which is good to see but damn. Garland plays like a bitch at times still and it is scary if Mitchell would have to miss very much time.

Losing by 13 to the shitty Nets after struggling vs the Hornets this weekend. Yuck

Haha, never mind. Garland had 12pts and looked weak af the whole game going into the 4th quarter. He has 16pts and like 5 huge plays in the 4th quarter and the Cavs are up 2 possessions with under a minute to play. :slappy:

I'm just going to stop complaining about them until after games because they just turn it on whenever the hell they want to evidently.

Luckily bad teams don't make the playoffs because the Cavs would fucking struggle.
This Orlando team currently sits #8, so they could conceivably meet in a first round series again. I don’t want to say Kenny wanted them to lose today of course, but the only explanation I can see to him not calling any TOs late in the third when Orlando got steal after steal in the backcourt was to send a message to the team. Hopefully they received it by losing at home.

Starting to hit the 3rd quarter lulls again. Look, I get it, health is the most important thing and you don’t want to peak too early…but you don’t want to play dinkus ball the last 15 games either. Last 2 3rd quarters have been full ass.

Another day, another 3rd quarter implosion…this isn’t a good sign. At all. They aren’t matching energy with these trash teams, and that’s concerning. It looked like they had an insurmountable lead on Boston…but…

Regrettably the better team won last night
Obvious signs of mental and physical fatigue.. lackadaisical ball handling and passing
Dream of Jarrett making some monumental leap that Mobley is making.. both need more physical strength
Jerome is in a funk.. refs are in his head and they're winning.. Devin Carter quickness made him look stuck in mud
Dunno what's up with Mitchell
but I agree with BBH on the timing..

They're not smiling and laughing right now

Doesn’t look like the same team from a month ago…look poised for a blowout tonight. The risk of resting guys and not staying at a high level is that it’s going to be hard to turn it back on at playoff time. They will get a bit of a break before that, but right now they don’t look like they want to be playing, they’re a step slow on rotations and also on loose balls.
