Cleveland Browns (Finally drafting Buckeyes)

I'm still holding out that the season begins tomorrow. There isn't much margin for error, but when I looked at the next 6 games after dropping week 1 I felt the Browns could really lose all but the Jets game. In all honesty the biggest issue right now are dumb turnovers and penalties which are all fixable. It isn't like the Browns are getting rolled like they have in the past. At some point if you want to be good you have to learn how to win and these last 9 games are an opportunity for the Browns. It isn't about winning or tanking when you don't know how to win. Even making an unsuccessful playoff push these next 9 games will put them in a better position going into next season than tanking.

If I had the OBJ trade to do all over, I would not do it. I did not follow him that much when he was in New York but I knew that he was a good baller but he was also a headache. I think he might even be part of Baker's problem in that he might be looking for him too much. Also, we also miss Zeitler on our O-line. I might have traded Pepper and a draft choice for Vernon but I am just not sure how well he is even playing and I do not know if the Giants would have traded Vernon is to trade for OBJ did not go through.

Dorsey needs to step up and take some of the blame for this fiasco so far. He should have known that we needed O-line help and made some deals for good linemen and stayed away from the flash and dash.
