Cleveland Browns (Finally drafting Buckeyes)

https://brownswire.usatoday.com/2019/10/14/stats-show-baker-mayfield-is-the-most-unlucky-qb-on-ints/

For whatever it's worth, there's the suggestion that nearly half of Mayfield's INTs this season aren't his fault. It doesn't say which ones they claim weren't his fault, but it's easy to see that Hilliard's drop last week and Callaway's drop vs SF are totally on the receivers.
The throw to Callaway was at his ankles. Hit him anywhere close to in stride and that’s a TD. I don’t recall which throw it was in the Seahawks game, but it was a total misfire by Baker and the announcer tried to say it was a back shoulder throw. He got his TE killed with the throw he got injured on.

I don’t see where he makes it easy on his receivers at all.

It may have been a little low, but leading him would've got him killed. Either way Callaway tried to cradle it, instead of catching it with his hands. That's not Baker's fault. Worst case scenario that should be an incomplete pass.

That throw should have been a TD. All Callaways fault. I still think they need a stat for deflection ints like that one that go on the stone handed receiver that deflects the ball rather than the QB that hit him in the hands. Not that Baker has been anywhere close to perfect this year, but he seems to have a lot of int's that his the guy in the hands before they get picked.

Nah he had plenty of room to put that ball where it should have been. Windows are tight down there. I doubt he was intending to throw it low and make him break stride. Guarantee that if he hits him in stride like Rodgers, Brady, or any number of decent NFL QBs and that’s a TD.

Hell the DB isn’t even looking at him.

here we go... gonna toss the future in a dumpers to try to make up for stupid drafts... Dorsey’s seems to either be home run or strike out.. basically the Adam Dunn of GMs...

Dorsey's eye for the Oline is NOT good. What's worse is that he might actually trade valuable assests to pick up an oft-injured 31 year old or the most overpaid and overrated tackle of the last 10 years (Solder)

Keep in mind, at this time last year we had the highest interior rated interior pass pro in the NFL. So essentially the Dorse is looking to fix a problem that he himself helped create.

I will be shocked if they trade for Williams or Solder. They both would cost too much that Dorsey would be willing to pay and their cap hits would be significant. Let us see what happens with McCray playing at LT today. It also would be nice if they replaced Kush with Teller.

With regard to your latter statement, I do not think that the Beckham trade would have gone through without Dorsey including are all-pro RG. So if you wanted Beckham I think you are going to have to include him.
