Cleveland Browns (Finally drafting Buckeyes)

Rooted for the 9ers during my time in SF, Joe Montana and Steve Young (and Eddie DeBartolo), but always, always looked to see how the Brownies did (not much tv action from them). Yeah, grew up with Jim Brown, Leroy Keyes, etc (and Art Model). Rejoiced when the Brownies returned to Cleveland w/o Model, thought signaled back to the heights. Not to happen, as somebody mentioned. Anyway, enjoyed seeing them beat SF, not for SF's loss, but for Cleveland's win. Keep it rolling Brownies, Dog Pound, etc. Make it to the Super Bowl. Now that you've got some tOSU players....PS, watch teams with Buckeyes on it, so don't know what I'll do if the Bengals and Joe Burrow make it against the Brownies.....

The top of the AFC seems strong enough this year other than the South that it might take 12 wins to get in the playoffs. The Browns better figure out how to beat the Steelers and Ravens if they want a shot. One of Miami, Buffalo, Baltimore, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Cincinnati aren't going to make it so those AFC North tie-breakers are going to be key.

As a Bengals fan, I’ve seen nothing to indicate that they are a playoff team.

I don't think the Steelers have the offense to be either, but they've both been there. Of the teams in the AFC North I think the Browns are the least reliant on 1 player mainly since the Browns already lost their best weapon and are 1-1 without Watson. Garrett is the cog that makes the defense great, but I don't think that unit would completely fall apart with out him like the Steelers would without Watt, the Ravens without Lamar, and the Bengals without JB.

Finally watched the TV broadcast of the game and it confirmed the total shitshow from the official that I thought we saw live. None of their fuck ups necessarily affected to outcome of the game as it was atrocious for both teams. But, it may have been the worst overall game by a rules crew and I hope that group never steps foot in The Land again.
