Again stats without context.

Ravens coming out with + box counts and heavy 52 lines BEGGING us to throw the ball. You have to be able to attack where the matchups are dictated to your favor.

This is no different than teams that Kansas city has faced. Playing light up front and forcing their offense to establish the run and/or go on 10+ play drives. The result is Mahomes being turnover happy and their running game being stuck in neutral.

If the Browns can't expose these matchups, (to be accurate) if Baker can't do it - then he shouldn't be playing. Period.

If the Browns can't run the ball, they're going to lose.

They used to run it no matter what the other team was doing. And they were winning games when they did that.

EDIT: They had three interceptions, it's a low-scoring game. This is the EXACT context that you would run the ball more than 9-10 times in a half. At some point, you just have to go with what you're good at and hope you can do it better than the other team. Because the playcalling that you're defending resulted in a 6-3 deficit at half with +3 in the turnover column.

How fucked up is it what this clown show did to its fanbase? 21 years of abject incompetence. They continue to draw faithful support. They finally put together a season where it looks like they have a qb to lead a talented offense. They finally appear to have a functional defense led by a fierce edge rusher. They finally seem to have a head coach that doesn’t snack on crayons.

they win 11 games! They beat the Stillers! They won a playoff game AGAINST THE FUCKING STILLERS! They spend in free agency to plug the holes on the roster! SO MUCH EXCITEMENT!!!

The season is a complete disappointment. The qb is hurt and sucks. The defense is inconsistent. Their shiny, young, brilliant head coach switches to a diet of retard sandwiches. FUCKING SHIT THEY SUCK AGAIN
