Up too early, so I took a look at one mock draft for next year. They have Manning going first. And this mock did include underclassmen who will be draft eligible.

Well at least Desmond has history on his side, the last Browns offensive player to be recognized as ROY was...<shuffles notes>...Bobby Mitchell in 1958.

It's a bastardized version of the Law of Large Numbers - if you keep drafting them, eventually one will be good. I guess.
