Cleveland Browns (Factory of Sadness)

How do the Ohio tax payers feel about giving a rich owner a bunch of money to build a new stadium?

While they have a solid defense, that you can win with. the rest of the team is just an epic cluster fuck.

Turnovers and bad special teams play. Bluntly, this team *should* lose, they need the draft capital.

The defense is fantastic. But an imbalance this severe can't be overcome in the 2025 NFL.

Every time I watch them. I marvel at the ineptitude of a majority of the special teams and offensive players. Again, some good players in there.

I’m just curious as to how folks can continue to support an organization that’s this consistently inept.

Pretty amazing losing to the previously 1-11 Titans. I do believe Shedeur Sanders is a keeper - the problem is the Browns don't have a good supporting cast around him. The worst receiving corps and probably the worst OT play in the NFL. It's tough to score in the NFL the way it is, but when the OL can't block/commits regular penalties, WR are unreliable, and the running game is practically non-existent because opponents are constantly getting to the backs in the backfield, you're asking Sanders to basically be a miracle worker.

JFC. Browns just lost again--at home--and this time to a team that was 1-10...despite outgaining them by 120 yards, having almost twice as many first downs, and outgaining them by almost two yards per play.
Special teams hasn't been very special for the Browns this year. It bit them again today, it cost them the Jets game and it's just about every week in some way, shape or form.

I don't understand how this outfit still has supporters. They've been shitting on a great fanbase for 26 years.
