Sanders was legitimately running the offense with ball boys as WR’s last week. Like, zero time with any first or second stringers.
It’s why people are assuming he is “being set up to fail”.
The most common theory I’ve heard is Stefanski and Berry wanted no part of another QB after Gabriel was taken. Haslam meddled again and the coaching staff isn’t putting up with it so they want to nip it in the bud ASAP.
I don’t know if that’s true but it’s also the Cleveland Browns so chances are high….absolute clown show.

Looking forward to Sanders putting up mid stats against practice squad members for the Panthers and then the headlines about the next clowns “star” QB having been found and what a steal in the 5th round.

Credit where it’s due, Shedoobie hasn’t done stupid things with the ball. He has to stop the circle button Michael Vick bullshit that killed 2 drives tonight, but otherwise it’s been pretty decent running of the offense. It’s not enough to start week 1 like the Screamin As will be demanding, but it hasn’t been bad

Sure hope waiver wire has DBs cuz our backups suck. Same for WRs. Not bad line play. Sanders making it tuff for coaches. Love it

He gave a nice interview too, sounded nothing like his overly brash dad. I think if there wasn’t the history and his name wasn’t Sanders, he’d be easier to root for, but he seems to have the right attitude out there. He earned more opportunities tonight, I hope he at least gets what he’s earned.
