and I've been a passenger a number of times when the driver topped 100.. once passing a State Trooper in LA (that was a historic stop)

But we all know examples of people who didn't learn from it. Or didn't learn from it soon enough. As someone who knows people who live in Strongsville, I'm glad he only got a speeding ticket, and not an accident.
