Total nothingburger... how many on here haven't busted 100...
When I77 newly opened into Fairlawn in the 70s I cranked up my F85 Oldsmobile well over 100 and I too was college age
and I've been a passenger a number of times when the driver topped 100.. once passing a State Trooper in LA (that was a historic stop)

It COULD be a total nothingburger, if your last line is correct.
We all did this and we (hopefully) learned from it.
But we all know examples of people who didn't learn from it. Or didn't learn from it soon enough. As someone who knows people who live in Strongsville, I'm glad he only got a speeding ticket, and not an accident.
