Cleveland Browns (Factory of Sadness)

Fun fact: before Friday, the Browns had been the second most recent AFC North team to take an OSU player in the draft.

2020 - Baltimore (Dobbins, Harrison)
2019 - Bengals (Jordan)
2018 - Browns (Ward)
2015 - Steelers (Doran Grant)

You could argue that Ward is currently the most impactful Buckeye playing in the division right now. Likely between he and Heyward.

6th round pick on kid who has all the tools to be a solid NFL receiver? Not sure whats not to like. Not his fault the staff up there didn't develop him as well as they should have. Might be a kid who has a better NFL career than a college career.
Spending any round pick on somebody with the mental disability of choosing to go to Michigan is a tough sell.

After doing more reading my opinion of the DPJ pick is easing. Either he was a highly rated HS player that never panned out or he is a stud that received such bad coaching in college that he was a steal. As a Browns fan and scum hater I'm hoping for the second option. I like the Buckeye WR's, but I think our coaches did a better job of getting the most out of them in college. I was actually pretty impressed with the Giants first part of the draft when they were picking guys I wanted the Browns to get and I really wanted the Browns to pick up Victor to give us another big option since our group of WR is pretty short. It would be crazy if the Giants end up with Mack and Victor on the field this season.

For the Browns I have a feeling there are going to be a bunch of TE's splitting out in the red zone to give Baker some larger targets to throw to.
