Well, the rumor earlier this week was our 2nd rounder and next year's 1st rounder.

I guess those picks get switched to #27 and the our 2nd rounder this year.

So we drop from #6 to #12 for a 1st rounder next year and some 4th rounders?

If that's all they give up I'll be impressed.


Let me change that* if it's swapping #27 for #12 and the Atlanta 2nd rounder I'll be impressed. If they swap 1st rd picks and give up the Browns 2nd rounder they're getting fleeced IMO.

If, they pull something like this off, I'll be happy...people are slipping like crazy right now. But, with people slipping, teams might not be willing to deal. If we stick at 27, I'm pissed.

Not sure why you are being a smartass. Just because I did not feel Jones was worthy of the #6 pick, and I also did not like trading down 21 spots when we need talent.

fairley and Quinn both have enormous red flags, and like Julio, they weren't worth that pick slot, as seen by the picks after that.

Cleveland needs more help than putting all their eggs in a high bust material.

Quinn could easily slide in this draft, down to a more worthwhile trade up spot or even their current slot.

A sad dance? I'd feel sorry for Cam if the Browns picked him. Cam will be a great 3-4 DE, too bad the Browns don't run a 3-4 anymore. Cam would be a waste as a 4-3 DT for the Browns.

It would have worked too... if the Browns traded up to Minnesota or Detroit.

Made me really sad as Mort & Sheft on ESPN said both teams were looking to trade back far in the 1st round, screamed Browns all over it. But then my guy was taken and I am sad.

I can almost see New England trading back with the Browns.

And I wouldn't mind picking Bowers anytime now.
