Cleveland Browns 2006 Draft Discussion (official thread)

I would have taken Bunkley in the first and Kuds in the 4th and there's your starting D. The Browns are still going to be soft at one of their DE's next year.

The inside linebacker spot across from Andra Davis and the other DE spot are our 2 biggest concerns.

I like how we filled that ILB spot, but it looks like McKinley is going to start again next year. :(

Well that screws the chance of taking Sims. Sorry, but I'll take a guy who started in the NC game as a true freshman and whose dad played for the Browns than any guy from freaking Indiana.

there's a reason why we on these boards chatting about this, and not in Berea going through scouting reports. This guy is probably going to be looked at at RG, Simms would play LG. Andruzzi and Coleman both need replacements, so Simms is still a possibility.

I hope I am completely wrong, but I fell like Savage my be too busy trying to find that diamond in the rough instead of just taking the best player at a position of need.

But as Steele said, there's a reason he is in the war room and we are not.

the fact that cleveland has 5 more picks makes this less worrisome to me. savage does like to try and strike gold with some hidden talent.

if cleveland didn't have crennel at the helm, then i'd be more concerned regarding some of the defensive project picks cleveland has made.

apparently they are high on mcmillan and speegle's development, so we'll see I guess.

today's PC will be interesting.
