Now we know who is going to be the first to but the talking sex robot.

Had an ex in my class with me. To start a discussion one day the teacher asked, "What do you think are some fetishes of the opposite sex?" I excitedly raised my hand and said everyone of hers...biting, hair pulling, imagining being raped, etc. (she was kinky).

Needless to say, she was completely embarrassed and walked out. Now, that is why it was my favorite class.

I had an Indian (not Native American, but from India) teacher for Calculus II about 10 years ago. Fuck. I thought I walked right into a 7-11 or got into a NYC cab. At least HPU gave him a reserved flying carpet spot...

In one of my particles & fields classes the prof was from India and I was the only caucasian student in the room.

I used to fall asleep a lot because I was still on active duty at the time & piling the classes onto my regular day schedule.

It got the point where one day I woke up and class and realized that neither the prof nor the other students were speaking english any longer. :so:

OK, if you went to scUM would you sign up for this class?

The University of Michigan’s American Culture Department offers “Rednecks, Queers, and Country Music,” which looks into how “homophobic and racist” music “serves as a medium for multicultural social and erotic exchange among queer country fans.”

This is really a class:

AMCULT 411 / WOMENSTD 411. Rednecks, Queers, and Country Music
One course in Women's Studies or American Culture. (3). May not be repeated for credit.

Queer identity is associated with urban, bourgeois, coastal lifestyles. Country music is linked to heterosexual white, rural, working-class, Southern, and Midwestern cultures and often to "redneck" bigotry. How has music that many people perceive as homophobic and racist become a medium for multicultural queer social and sexual exchange?
