Cincy 45, Pitt 44 (final)

Another vote for Pitt getting away with a push off on the flea flicker. I guess ya'll are like me and spending as many hours watching cfb today as possible before withdrawal. Great slate of games today (about as good as you can hope for on a day with no Buckeye game). The announcers kept talking about how small Lewis is; occurs to me that in the college game that's a feature, not a bug. (look at the size of the backs that were in the civil war - combined wt. ~ 300# I think).

Saddler should have put a foot out of bounds and then caught it. It's a sure 40-yard line that way, without worrying about the bounce of the ball.

Can a player "re-punt" a blocked punt?

I know you can kick it out of the end zone, maybe not advance the ball? I know also that you cannot have two forward passes on one play if the ball is batted back to a player.

Pretty sure that's not legal. His best move would have been throwing it threw the end zone for a safety.
