What's the big freakin' deal? I don't really remember it being a big deal but it seems like everyone is talking about today? WTF?

and to top it off... my kids school didn't celebrate Christmas (they called it Winter Festival or something like that) or Halloween but they can spend a week on Cinco De Mayo?

very true... I know the population is huge down here, that's probably why it such a bigger deal than I'm used too. If one more person asks me to go out and have a margarita I'll run them over with my truck.
