So, the Reds call up a catcher known for his defense/arm....
The slowest runner on the team is on 3rd base in the 10th.
Tito is hesitant to pinch-run, because it would put the defensive minded catcher in a 'tough' spot in the 11th with a free runner and handling Ashcraft? Oh. OK.

Pinch run. Go up by 2 and don't worry about the motherfucking free runner.
I like Tito and I believe he's a HOF manager because of the cumulative effect he has on molding the team/clubhouse but on a day in day out tactical level, he is as absolutely ate up with the dumbass as any manager I have ever seen.
