So going into the final day (as I understand it):

• Reds are in but could still get the #2 NL Central spot and #5 seed with a win and Cards loss
• If Cards lose AND Giants lose, Cards have to go to Detroit to play out two games on Monday to decide who gets in (Cards or Giants)
• They do not have to play those two games just to determine seeding (between Reds and Cards for #5 spot)

Not sure it really matters to the Reds if they get embarrassed by Atlanta or San Diego but it wouldn't break my heart to see the WB's get left out completely.

So they are officially headed down to Atlanta for a Deliverance reenactment.

Starting pitching is good enough to keep it close for the first 6 innings or so but the bullpen and offense are as cringeworthy as an excessively toothy blowjob.

Doubt they win a game.
