I am pretty much done watching them at this point. It's May 1st tomorrow.
I wish I was a fan of a normal organization and look forward to some of the trades they could make in July with so many 1 year guys but who the fuck am I kidding with that bullshit?

Hope they extend the hitting coach. He's doing a bang up job and the Dodgers offense sure does seem to miss him.

So we are witness to the end of Joey Votto the hitter.
He has always had a great eye and been able to punish pitchers who get too much of the plate so they try to pitch him carefully and he walks 200 times a year.
It is becoming more and more clear on a nightly basis that pitchers do not have to fear him anymore. He's just up there to walk. He can't hurt you over the plate anymore.
It's the Billy Hamilton syndrome. BB's become few and far between when MLB pitchers know they can knock the bat out of your hand with a good fastball.
He's done folks.
