doesn’t take much. A sudden jolt slamming your brain backwards against the skull, and then bending over with that blood rush upwards from the heart into the brain. Stand up, and all the chaos inside your brain/skull could easily put you into seizures.

There is also possibility of blunt cardiac trauma. Usually occurs in car accidents though, not football collisions.
