Cincinnati Bengals (official thread of False Hope 2015)

Just like Steelers fan.

If there are two dirtier teams in the NFL than those two, I don't know who they are.

I guess I don't see many Steelers fans on here to know if they act the same way, but if they do, then, yeah, it's just as ridiculous because I agree no two teams are dirtier. Porter was of the dirtiest players in the League for years, so of course he ends up as an assistant coach on the Steelers once his playing career ends.

Bengals fans having the audacity to call other teams dirty sure is rich.

Yep, Marvin Lewis tripping players running down the sideline, no wait... That was Tomlin. Bengals assistant pulling a players hair on the sideline, later shoving another... No wait, that was a Steelers assistant. Another Bengals coach going on to the field just to talk shit to players of the opposing team when he has no business being anywhere near them... No wait, Steelers again.

Hits are hits. Some will be dirty, some won't. That's a part of the game, and happens all over the NFL. As for the coaches, I've never seen a more unprofessional group of assholes than those who stand on the Steelers sideline.

No one's saying the Steelers don't have their fair share of dirty players. Everyone who even casually follows the NFL probably knows about Harrison's many fines. But those same casual followers of the League have been, for years, laughing at how the Bengals seem to have no problem suiting up some of the dirtiest players in the League that other teams don't want to touch. Which is why it's rich when Bengals fans have the audacity to whine about other teams being dirty.

don't care where he played anymore, but fuck Shazier now, that was a dirty ass hit and should have been penalized..then his celebrating when Gio is lying there
I think this is what bothered me the most. The taunting in the end zone after. The dancing and squatting at midfield. The antics on the sideline after. He went full bitch. He's been steelerized.

Spectacular collapse, done in by oversized children losing their tempers.

Refs did not decide this, unchecked emotions did. If we're talking officiating mistakes, that should have been a strip six despite a wicked hit.

Why do good things happen to them? Because they draft winners.

Shazier won that game, twice. It's about time the Ohio teams consider drafting from the flagship school down the road. And yes I know robiskie was drafted as well as a few late round flyers. The steelers stockpile buckeyes with early picks.

I don't really know on the final personal foul that did them in, but other than that you're spot on. The Bengals have neglected to draft Buckeyes on a regular basis and it drives me crazy. It's not homerism, it's watching other teams draft Buckeyes and thrive. The Bengals have drafted pretty well overall but this has been a frustration of mine for awhile.

Coaches shouldn't act like that. Period. Pac and Burfict may be dirty players, but not one coach on Cincy's sideline has gotten away with the shit that Steelers have... The shit they pull is inexcusable.

They're not supposed to be part of the game. That's why they're considered illegal. It's not just to give the refs something to do.

The Bengals and their fans have no room to be calling the Steelers dirty. Bengals players have been basically calling their shot all season when it came to the extracurricular stuff they were going to try to do in this game.

Outside of Burfict and Jones you got nothing. Steeler history for this type of crap spans decades and 3 coaches.

That's a better argument for it being stupid for the Bengals to try to out-troll them than it is for professing their relative innocence. The Steelers have been at it for years and it's part of their culture. Why try to fight them on that front in a damn playoff game?
