Except we would have actually made it past the first round if that is any consolation haha. Plus I liked Denver to beat Pitt and us to beat Denver. I do not like this at all. Is it really possible to lose in the first round 5 years in a row? This is a rhetorical question, none of you better try to answer that.

But yes, if Dalton gets his cast off and can play, I might get my false hopes up to fulfill the destiny of this thread.

Even if he gets his cast off I can't imagine Dalton playing an NFL game 6 days later. The thumb on the throwing hand is kind of important, and if you've ever had a cast you know that thumb isn't going to be what it was before the injury for awhile. Things are going to fall Pittsburgh's way, again. They'll get AJ McCarron then old man Manning will be exposed when he actually has to throw the ball to win, rather than the occasional toss after 5-6 handoffs.
