Shaky review moving the ball back. I thuoght the ball was awful close, maybe inches short on 3rd down. But not half a yard short.

Yea, the announcers are railing against that call, and I've got to say, I have no idea how they moved the ball all the way back to the 35. It's not that hard to look at the replay and see that he was clearly across the 35 when he caught the ball.

I thought the official said the 35 1/2, and it should have been at least that far past the 35.

They missed the FG - the under is still in play.

So, for all those "I'm a fan of all Ohio football" folks...

...how will it feel if one of The Other State Universities ends up in a BCS game, while Theee Ohio State University does not?

Although the bucks aren't out of it yet, I would love to see UC keep rolling.

So you're happy with the rise of (still at this time) potential BCS competitor for recruits and media attention?

From the perspective of Ohio State's interests, nothing--absolutely nothing--good can come from UC's possible rise to being a perennial top 25 program.

Not true. Maybe slightly with respect to recruits, but I have a hard time buying the 'media attention' argument. Ohio State is Ohio State and we'll have no problem getting enough attention..not like that matters to the players or coaches anyways. And a win over another top-25 team certainly won't hurt tOSU in terms of rankings, non-conference strength of schedule, etc..UC is on the schedule again in 2012, along with Cal.
