If it's close, I totally expect the Big East officials to go all 'West Virginia - Pitt 2007' and seal it for Cincy.

Pretty sure that video is in a thread I posted just a few days ago.

That still today hits me as the smoking gun of college officiating.

Disputibility has to be within reason. That said, I've always thought Gilmore was an ass. I recall him making some stupid comment in 2002-03 along the lines that USC should have been the National Champion because they were playing better than anyone at the end of the year.
