Out of curiosity are you informed when you receive one of these infractions? Or is it all part of a major conspiracy? I have seen lots of members here banned for a week at a time, a couple perma-bans, and some seem to fly out from no where. I figure there was a thread or post that was deleted that caused such a dramatic action, so I don't ask any questions.

Basically, if you screw up are you informed or is there suddenly a 7-14 day ban and the admins inform you how often you've screwed up?

As for the rest of this thread, why is it that by staying out of the poli forum I miss most of the good shit? :sad2:

I don't venture into the Political Discussion boards so forgive me, but why do people get banned for what they say there anyway? I mean... it has NOTHING to do with Buckeye athletics. IMO, anyone should be able to say whatever the hell they want in the OD and Poli boards as long as they don't attack other BP'ers or spam or whatever.

I'm sure though we would all agree with rocketman's two rules for life in OD / Poli - no spam and no personal attacks

To which you can add the rules as defined for life in Poli & OD (Work-Safe) & OD-Open AKA Horeshoes & Hand Grenades - one point - those rules are sometimes easy, sometimes harder to find.
