I'm in the city. I'd be down. In terms of near the loop, Mother Hubbard's is a good sports bar right there. Phenomenal wings. But I do enjoy me some Piece.

Duffys is actually a fine establishment to get black out fratastic drunk. Back in my younger days, read before I was married, me and some kids used to go there for dollar beers on wednesday nights. Man those thursday mornings at work were rough. They also have fairly decent bar food.

Another note about Duffys, back when fourteenandoh was a Chicago resident a gang of us would always head to Duffys after the OSU SCUM football game. Ahh what a ghost town that place was shortly after they would get their ass kicked.

Ahh Duffys... My favorite bar in the country. I distinctly remember being thrown out of there for taunting the Michigan fans after we demolished them in 2005. Other than that, never had any problems there. Once we bacame regulars, we had our own table which was always reserved for us during basketball season. Even for the scUM game. The scummers never quite understood why they reserved a table for OSU fans in a scUM bar. It was best described by our regular waitress. She told a table of scUMmers that "they (me and thewood) pay my cable bill every month. they can sit wherever they want".
