It's true ... a couple of months ago I stopped in South Bend when Chief was away, and she let me play with the twins.

And by that, I mean her two children that were born ... at the same time!

I had a conversation with someone that claimed he heard Jeff Logan say, on Columbus radio, that: Charlie Weis did not attend the Notre Dame football banquet. Can anyone confirm or deny? If he didn't, what reason was given for his absence? I take it this would be highly unusual, if true?

He wasn't allowed. There wasn't enough room for all the food Weis needed. He was told that he wouldn't be allowed to eat as much as he wanted, so he protested. Then they told him he just flat-out couldn't go at all, because eating even half his usual amount would still leave everyone else with no food to eat.
