Buck Nasty;1510043; said:Woof is correct, Patriot Point is decent (not great) and the people are friendly. there are actually 4 different courses at Kiawah the Ocean Course is the most famous and hardest to get on. You probably have to be staying on the property to book a tee time there in advance. You can call a day ahead and walk on as a single or if you are lucky 2 players. You should be able to get on one of the other courses down there. The ocean course was close to $300 when I played it and that was probably 6 years ago. There is also a really nice resort just on the north side on Isle of Palms called Wild Dunes they have an ocean course (preferred) and a Harbor Course. The ocean course had some erosion issues a couple years ago and one of the holes got washed into the ocean, but last I heard they rebuilt it and they now have 18 holes again. It was very nice.
