I don't think anyone else has realized that Fields may have played his last game here already. He sounded to be in extreme pain sitting down and getting up from interviews. I'm guessing those ribs are broken and I don't see someone with broken ribs getting cleared

I would have liked him to get more playing time this year. I understand the shortened season, caused the lack of playing time for the backups. The need for more reps for the starters and all.

Notre Dame has a good Oline. If there's one take away from their game against Bama last night, the Tide Dline can be moved off the ball and their early down pocket push was not good. If Ian Book was any better of a QB, the Domers could have made it a respectable game.
