CFP Game: #9 Tennessee at #8 tOSU, Sat 12/21 8 ET on ABC/ESPN

I think what worries me is that this is OSU shooting their load. I think having Oregon next might help reverse that since there will be a revenge factor involved. But still..
I am staying positive and believe that this version of the team was the most fun for Ryan Day. I believe he will want more and feast.

This was the version of Day that is absolutely brilliant, and was there all along. He just needs to keep that aggression going. If so, nobody is beating the Bucks!

- Will played his best game of the season, his accuracy on deeper intermediate throws is incredible at times. If he's connecting on true deep balls like he did yesterday, things are gonna get really interesting

- Trey is an absolute weapon, would like to see Judkins get into more of a groove

- The offensive line wasn't dominant but they played a strong game, liked what I saw from Montgomery

- Jelani is huge and the few times I focused on his blocking, he did well

- Gee Scott isn't a traditional OSU tight end but he's a real threat in the passing game

- Jeremiah Smith is the best WR in the country, not that close either, get him the ball early and often, see next comment and why using him to attack the defense is so important

- Was great to see an aggressive succinct game plan on offense, using the pass to setup the run and taking pressure of an improving OLine

- Not much to say about the defense, they've been elite all year, I recall saying their #1 ranking was somewhat deceiving at times, I was wrong

- JT and Jack dominated, no more of that spying BS but beyond that, this is what everyone was hoping for all year.

- Not Cody's best game but solid, Sonny played a hell of game, you can tell JLs coaching him up and he's getting more comfortable, a few plays you can see he's only a step or two away from blowing up a play (as opposed to stopping a guy after gaining 3). Really looking more natural out there

What a fun night, as brutal as things felt but a few weeks ago, games like last night are why being a fan is so great sometimes.

Yes there's a meme/joke that Fat Josh is a doppelganger for the Pawn Star star

Fiesta Bowl, Miami 2002. I actually called my parents weeping like a little child. The first championship of any Buckeye team while I was both alive and old enough to see it. You never forget your first.
This is correct, and frankly, it's probably impossible to top that win and that season overall.

I am forever grateful that I was just old enough to truly enjoy that moment and even as a 10 year old, who was lucky enough to be in the stadium that day, I knew enough to realize this is probably the absolute peak of fandom.

Anyway, this was an awesome win, though the best win of Day's tenure is still quite easily the bitch-slapping of Clemson in the rematch, IMO. But this is definitely #2.

Loved the cigar tradition moving north!

There's confident and then there's arrogant. Loved how they fucked around and found out! Loved how the defense was hammering the hit stick "button" all night long. I don't mean to like seeing players getting hurt, but there was something satisfying about seeing the mighty SEC going down one-by-one after getting smacked by a supposedly soft Ohio State team and that Tennessee was certain that they were gonna overtake the 'Shoe. I haven't seen such a complete, pissed off, and sound victory since the 2014 B1G Championship. And we all know what happened that season!

It’s a concern in extended playoffs. Just unload as much of the chamber as you have to and then figure it out next week. 10 days in between helps a lot too.

I don’t think they had to show everything either with it getting out of hand. Plus when in doubt throw it to Jeremiah and get a catch or a flag.
