Dear CFB announcers,
The CFB overtime rules have now been in effect for 15 years. We know the rules, and we know that teams want to play defense first. You don't have to spend 2-3 minutes recapping it every fucking ballgame that goes to overtime.
Seriously. Does any other sport do this? Do basketball announcers explain basketball OT? Do baseball announcers explain how extra innings work? Do NHL announcers even explain OT and shootouts?
I know how OT works already!

Fun game to watch.
Two questions about the announcers:
Did they even know there was a football game happening in front of them? they spent so much time talking about Bama/Texas, Cornell/Kansas, etc... that if I were a fan of either of these teams, I'd have been pissed.
Secondly, why did the play by play clown REFUSE to call Central Michigan 'Chippawas'??? Kept calling them 'Chips'...annoyed the hell out of me. Wouldn't that be like the same thing as calling Japanese teams 'Japs'...oh, wait...that's an insult to Japanese people but apparently not to native Americans if you call a tribe, Chips.
oh, well...off the soapbox now.

Pretty low scoring basketball game..... Especially for one that went into 2OTs. Was it a cold shooting night or do these clubs have stellar defenses?
