anyone else have one? i have one and hardly use it a couple times a year. thinking about not renewing it. a friend of mine from college dad still sends me the money to pay for it as it was part of the deal for me going to work for his construction company in ny for a summer and a winter when i was in college.

Damn, that's a good deal.

I've been thinking of getting it. Not sure if I want the responsibility though. I don't mind being around the heavy machinery and such, but you put everyone's life in your hands while operating that stuff.

yeah it is. its a big company so the amount doesnt effect them. ive sent the check back to him before and he declined. that summer was bad ass. i spent two months on a highway crew. basically i ran a dozer in road construction all over the country. me and four other guys traveled the country subcontracting. i go back and work with him for a long weekend or two every summer cuz i enjoy it so much. its always odd how his new guys treat me. after 10 mins on a dozer they love me...

Now THAT'S fun. There are some crazy fuckers that travel and work construction. I traveled alot when I installed fence. The guys that built cell phone towers were a fun group.

I'd like to run one of these for awhile...

never have run a 330. ive run an 892d by john deere though. size wise its about the same but no a/c.

cat wise the biggest was

the one ive run isnt beat like that though...

spent a lot of time on a dozer and i am much better on a dozer. i actually started operatining in jr high when i labored for another friends dad small company. and one guy let me back fill something for him and that led to me being a young kid operating.

im sure you can relate to what i go through every summer when i go back to my college buddies co in ny. piss poor attitudes towards me by the laborers, then i run a little bit and hope down and jump in the trenches with those guys and they love me. in a weird way i do it cuz it energizes me.
