It seems that the following 2 posts were the main ones responsible for the discussion..

We will not sign more than 22 or 23. We will not touch 25...bank it.

Can we get a vBet...Over/Under 25 recruits...

So FWIW, and for the sake of simplicity and not having to worry about defining oversigning and what class the athlete falls into based upon when he enrolls, etc., etc., I suggest the following for the vBet:

• Athlete is graduating in 2009. Doesn't matter if he graduates early and enrolls Winter or Spring Quarter at OSU, that is early enrollee, only matters that he is a 2009 high school graduate.
• Three bet categories based on the above definition: (1) Class will be under 25; (2) Class will be exactly 25; (3) Class will be over 25.

And I think Wilson leaves after this season.

You sir it it on the head, other than the last point...Over/under 25.5 sounds better IMO...

25 is not over signing...26 is...

That is only relevant to over/under vis a vis 85. This bet just addresses the annual 25 number. Mili is arguing (rightly at the moment) that 24 is an oversign.

As I understand it Hyde will visit on the 17th.

Brown, McDougald, Carter, Hall and Green will be here for camp.

Watt and Banks will visit on the 21st.
